Evergreen Care Provider works towards the standards and regulations of the Care Quality Commission to provide a wide range of services to meet the needs of our clients in their own homes.

We provide Adult care services that help adults to live as independently as they can and to be part of their local community. Ensuring that client’s health and welfare rights are protected and to assist them, wherever possible, in improving or enhancing their independent living skills.

We support people to live the life they choose. As a provider of Person Centred Support Solutions for people with Learning Disabilities and/or physical disabilities and/or mental health issues who require domiciliary care and/or supported living.

Evergreen Care Provider solely delivers care services to a large and growing number of self-funding clients and clients that are eligible for full funds. The services we provide are for private and public sector clients.
